Do you have gas cylinders for disposal ?

I found this company that is in the business of hazardous waste and gas cylinder disposal.

Hazchem Environmental Corporation - hazchem.com has some interesting things to offer , and I will have to keep them bookmarked.

I have expertise in this too....

Cryogenic Air Sep. Plant

I was involved with this assignment for selection and purchase of an Air Separation plant. This was an interesting experience as I worked across all parts of the world in procuring the right type of used plant for my clients who entrusted me such work.

Acetylene Cylinders

Some people try to CALCULATE the Acetylene Gas content in a cylinder as,
Full weight of cylinder - Tare Weight (as punched on the body of cylinder) = Quantity of gas inside the cylinders......
That is not correct, owing to the presence of porous mass and Acetone inside the cylinder, along with the Acetylene gas.....

I have worked in a non-profit mode helping various gas companies save millions of dollars every year.

D.A. CYLINDER is an Acetylene cylinder

D.A. or "DISSOLVED ACETYLENE" CYLINDER is an Acetylene Gas cylinder, in which Acetylene gas remains DISSOLVED in a solvent called Acetone, for the convenience of storage of Acetylene Gas at a higher pressure.

NEVER TRY TO USE COPPER, FOR PIPING, OR ANYWHERE ELSE, WHILE USING ACETYLENE GAS.

OSHA Data :
Acetylene is a compressed gas that is used as a fuel and is stored in a liquid state. When the valve is opened and pressure is released a portion of the liquid turns to gas. This gas is then used by the device that the cylinder is connected to. Because acetylene is stored as a liquid, the cylinder will only work properly if the tank is used in the upright position. Using, or storing, the tank in any other position can be extremely dangerous. According to the U.S. Department of Labor General Industry
Digest, 1994 (Revised):
